Norwood Village ACC Meetings
The ACC is a group of volunteer homeowners dedicated to the fair evaluation of changes to structures in the neighborhood relative to the requirements set out in our Declaration and Rules. It meets monthly to review submissions including new construction, remodels affecting the exterior or footprint of a house, garden sheds, and fences. If you are planning a new project, submit your plans well in advance to ensure the committee has time to review before you start work.

Standing Meeting Agenda
Notice Regarding Meeting Materials Architectural submittals scheduled for review at this meeting are distributed to the committee in advance. In accordance with Washington State law, these materials are reasonably available to Norwood Village lot owners for review prior to the meeting. To request a digital copy of an upcoming application for inspection, please email the ACC at NorwoodVillageACC@gmail.com with your name and Norwood street address.
Call to Order, Role Call, and Approval of Past Minutes
The meeting is called to order and a quorum is verified. Minutes from prior meeting are verified.
Homeowner Comments
A brief comment period is opened for homeowners to address general architectural topics not tied to specific new or old business submittals.
Old Business
The committee reviews ongoing compliance matters, opening the floor for specific homeowner feedback on each active item prior to committee deliberation and vote.
New Business
The committee evaluates newly submitted project applications, providing neighbors a dedicated comment window before deliberating and voting on each plan.
Adjournment
The formal proceeding is concluded, and a reminder is noted that written records of all session votes are maintained and open for owner review
